2. Data Preparation

Before any data is moved, we ensure it is clean, accurate, and fully protected. Preparation includes:

• Identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, or quality issues
• Creating full backups for safety
• Applying governance rules, access controls, and compliance requirements

By preparing data properly, we prevent downstream issues and ensure a smooth transition.

3. Migration Pipeline Design & Execution

N7 designs a secure, efficient migration pipeline customized to your systems and business needs. Using technologies, such as replication, compression, and fast data‑transfer, we are able to move data quickly and reliably. Execution includes:

• Mapping data fields between old and new systems
• Defining ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows
• Using real‑time replication to maintain consistency during cutover

4. Validation & Cutover

After migration, our team validates the integrity and completeness of your data. Once confirmed:

• Applications, workflows, or backup systems are redirected to the new environment
• The previous system remains in place but offline until stability is verified
• Legacy systems may then be cleanly decommissioned

We consider the migration complete only when your new environment is fully operational and stable.

5. Ongoing Protection & Support

N7 continues supporting you long after the migration is done. We ensure your environment remains protected, optimized, and fully recoverable through:

How Billing Works

We provide straightforward project pricing with zero hidden fees.

40% Due at Contract Signing

‍A non‑refundable deposit of 40% of the total project cost is invoiced upon contract execution. This secures project resources, scheduling, and initial engineering allocation.

40% Due at 80% Project Completion

An additional 40% is invoiced once 80% of all systems have been successfully migrated and validated.This milestone ensures payment is tied directly to measurable technical progress.

20% Due at Final Project Completion

The final 20% is invoiced when:

• All systems have been fully migrated
• Validation and quality checks are complete
• Final deliverables and documentation are provided

This payment represents full acceptance of the completed project.

Out‑of‑Scope Work

Any work not included in the original Scope of Work (SOW) will be billed on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis at:

$150.00 per hour

This includes:

• Change requests
• Additional systems not originally scoped
• Unplanned remediation work
• Any customer‑requested modifications beyond the approved migration plan
