You select the amount of storage, the level of performance, and the number of servers and workstations that require protection. Our Technical Sales Representatives will work with you to develop a tailored data resilience strategy designed to fit your business needs.

You’ll get package a solution designed to protect your business against threats from day one, and as your infrastructure grows, so can your protection.

How Billing Works

We provide straightforward project pricing with zero hidden fees.

40% Due at Contract Signing

‍A non‑refundable deposit of 40% of the total project cost is invoiced upon contract execution. This secures project resources, scheduling, and initial engineering allocation.

40% Due at 80% Project Completion

An additional 40% is invoiced once 80% of all systems have been successfully migrated and validated.This milestone ensures payment is tied directly to measurable technical progress.

20% Due at Final Project Completion

The final 20% is invoiced when:

• All systems have been fully migrated
• Validation and quality checks are complete
• Final deliverables and documentation are provided

This payment represents full acceptance of the completed project.

Out‑of‑Scope Work

Any work not included in the original Scope of Work (SOW) will be billed on a Time & Materials (T&M) basis at:

$150.00 per hour

This includes:

• Change requests
• Additional systems not originally scoped
• Unplanned remediation work
• Any customer‑requested modifications beyond the approved migration plan
