Our monthly billing option provides full flexibility and allows you to adjust your plan at any time. You may increase or decrease the number of protected systems or the amount of storage utilized on a month‑to‑month basis. Any changes take effect in the next billing cycle, ensuring you only pay for the protection and resources you need.
Clients who choose an annual commitment receive discounted pricing based on the number of protected systems and the amount of storage agreed upon for the 12‑month term. Additional systems or storage may be added at any time and will be billed on a prorated basis.
Mid‑term reductions to the committed system count or allocated storage are permitted; however, early reductions are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value associated with the reduced systems or storage. This ensures consistent, predictable resource planning and maintains the integrity of the annual discount.
